  • The Position: We’re looking for a Technical Writer.  The Technical Writer is responsible for creating technical content (design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos) to improve the customer experience and assist with providing self-service content.

How you will make an impact: 

  • Create design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations for Entrust Certificate Products and Services.
  • Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our security Entrust Certificate Products and Services.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts as required. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
  • Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training or Channel Partner Training activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree, College Diploma, and/or relevant background in a technical field
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft and/or Linux based operating systems.
  • Knowledge of web servers (e.g., IIS, Apache), application servers (e.g., WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat), networking (TCP/IP, routers, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
