We are looking for a Talent Enablement Manager to lead the evolution of our full career experience from onboarding, development and development planning, career growth, talent & succession planning. The position will develop solutions that will enhance all elements of the career experience for colleagues at Entrust Datatcard

Reporting to the VP for Talent Enablement, this position will work closely with a range of individuals within and outside of the company to develop and implement programs and practices that retain and develop our colleagues.  This position will be responsible for directly managing our Senior Learning Consultants and will also work collaboratively with our Human Resource Business Partners who facilitate many of our programs globally.

Responsibilities

Talent Enablement program                                                                                                                                          80%

  • Work with HR and business leaders to identify talent needs, both short and long term
  • Create and continually improve an impactful onboarding experience for new colleagues
  • Develop a career experience structure, enabling colleagues to see how they can build their career at Entrust Datacard
  • Manage process and communication for annual performance enablement processes, from Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, Talent Review & Succession Planning
  • Revamp individual development planning tools, building into other processes as appropriate
  • Create engaging certification programs for colleagues, using technology where required
  • Play a lead role in the roll out of online learning content (LinkedIn Learning plus other internal and external content)
  • Be the program manager for our Leadership & Colleague Development Programs
  • Capture training related feedback and translate the feedback into business impact metrics
  • Develop and manage the internal L&D communication tools, including Yammer, SharePoint, our Oracle HCM LMS system, always looking for innovative methods for engaging with our audience.
  • Play a key role in the deployment of our LMS and then ensure we are getting maximum value from it

 

Leadership & People Management                                                                                                                              20%

  • Manage small team of learning consultants, providing necessary work direction and managing projects effectively through planning, organization and project management
  • Perform general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development activities, etc.
  • Set department key performance metrics, talent enablement scorecard and reporting cadence

 


 



Basic Qualifications

  • Strong passion for colleague development and aligning people strategies with business goals

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of six years of experience in the fields of talent management and career development

  • Current knowledge and technical skills of effective talent management practices, industry trends, and best practices

  • Process focused with excellent project/program management skills, with proven change management experience to drive change

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and editorial writing skills and the ability to synthesize high-level information into action plans

  • Must be self-directed with the ability to take ownership for relationship building with key stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Highly proficiency with technology MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and LMS and HRIS Systems

  • Collaborative and proactive attitude, professionally and personally driven and the ability to fully engage stakeholders in the talent lifecycle.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM certification or comparable talent certification

  • MBA or related master’s degree

  • Prior experience in people management
