Entrust Datacard is seeking a self-motivated individual to help support and mature the Information Security Compliance and Audit Program efforts within the organization.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with direct and indirect team members to ensure stakeholder engagement with various compliance requirements

  • Set milestone dates for key audit deliverables spanning multiple disciplines and drive to completion

  • Maintain and mature corporate and industry standard security policies, standards and procedures.

  • Review operational procedures to ensure they align with applicable policies, including security processes, disaster recovery, etc.

  • Submit periodic, standardized compliance reports to internal stakeholders, government and/or commercial entities as required

  • Work in coordination with the Information Security Analysts and technical teams to ensure that new offerings are compliant with applicable policies, standards and practices

  • Work closely with certifiers, assessors and/or auditors to navigate Certification & Accreditation process and produce all appropriate accreditation documentation

  • Facilitate external auditor engagements, organize required objective compliance evidence, schedule required resources and audit timelines for mandatory compliance requirements

  • Facilitate timely identification, communication and recommended resolution of audit findings

  • Create communication channels across business units to leverage synergies and harmonized processes


Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of security audit and compliance experience
  • Proficiency with Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Email systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in a DevOps environment
  • Technical background with an understanding of Security Architecture
  • Exposure to industry standard frameworks (eg. ISO 21188, ISO 27002, NIST 800 series, WebTrust, ETSI, etc.)
  • Experience with preparing and testing IT audit plans
  • Experience with internal controls, risk assessments, business process and internal IT control testing or operational auditing
  • Understanding of vendor management programs and process
  • Proven ability to build and foster business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to excel in high stress situations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Secret clearance or the ability to achieve within 6 months of employment
  • Demonstrated ability to write business and technical reports and to participate in presentations
  • CISA, CIA, CPA, CGFM, CISSP, or CRISC certification a plus
  • Knowledge around FFIEC guidelines
  • Experience with eGRC tools and process
  • Project/Program management experience
  • Government audit and compliance knowledge
  • CA/Browser Forum knowledge
  • The ability to articulate a clear understanding of Third Party Risk and/or Vendor Management best practices
  • Proficiency conducting and evaluating/analyzing results from the following set of tools, to include but not limited to: NESSUS, AppDetective, WebInspect
