Position Overview: 
Join our team to help source, identify, interview and recommend placement of employees through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust Datacard and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruiting of USpositions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening  and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires.
  • Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates.
  • Support and build Entrust Datacard employment brand.
  • Manage relationships with preferred vendors.
  • Support the Employee Referral Program
  • Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts.
  • Participate in projects and other work as assigned.
 
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates (all levels – professional, technical, exempt, non-exempt and managerial positions)
  • Demonstrated experience with behavioral and competency based interviewing
  • Experience working with major recruiting websites and an application tracking system
  • Experience working with outside vendors
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
     
     
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with recruiting for Sales and Marketing Positions
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System Module
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with managers, external partners and candidates
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
  • Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
