Entrust Datacard is currently looking for a Regional Channel Sales Manager Channel to join our EMEA Sales Team. This position will be based in Brøndby.


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the indirect channel for the Nordics regions, with indirect consisting of Distributors, Dealers, Resellers and Value Added Resellers.  They will also be responsible for a team of sales representatives.

Key Activities

Customer Facing and Client Relationship

  • Establish and maintain client relationships and customer satisfaction strategies to achieve revenue objectives
  • Responsible for securing new business sales and supporting the renewing orders when needed; coordinating and managing all aspects of the sale, including but not limited to: pre sales support, pricing, contracts, payment, delivery, warranty claims, escalated technical support issues as they relate to customer satisfaction
  • Act as main contact for channel partners assisting with inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Engage with top key accounts within the region/segments
  • Coordinate any training needs or events as well as provide marketing information such as product announcements and promotions for the channel partner
  • Work with the channel partner to define business plan/strategy and review quarterly (at minimum)
  • Monitor customers’ satisfaction with existing products and services

Business Development and Strategy

  • Serve as the single-point internal resource, responsible for championing/executing our sales and service strategy
  • Business development and execution; sale of products and/or services which will include calls on prospective customers
  • Responsible for the creation of annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan and strategic imperatives
  • Work with the Sales Director to develop project specific sales strategies and target new account and business development efforts within existing accounts to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
  • Leverages marketing events/activities as well as attending relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure the Entrust Datacard brand recognition within the marketplace.
  • Participate in the interview and recruitment process of colleagues
  • Design sales programs, training and develop clear objectives and goals
  • Design cross selling campaigns and programs and guide colleagues to ensure effectiveness of cross selling activities
  • Serve as a coach the team and other colleagues in the company
  • Manage the sales and service expense
  • Provide timely and accurate revenue forecast

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in account planning and account management
  • Experience in B2B sales of complex systems/solutions
  • Experience selling to, and negotiating with, Senior-level management
  • Experience working with/in, or selling to, customers in the Region with demonstrated business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly communicate business and technical concepts

Travel Requirements:  Up to 40% - International travel is expected
