Senior Marketing Manager - Field Marketing, Government Solutions         REQ#  19000040
Position Overview:   
The Senior Marketing Manager, Field Marketing serves as a vital link between the regional sales teams and the rest of the marketing organization.  This position works closely with region sales to support revenue growth and plan attainment. Based on the region’s needs, he or she will support and execute against a regional marketing calendar, budget, and marketing KPI dashboard.  He or she will manage regional versioning of sales materials and campaigns, regional event strategy and execution, MDF allocation and joint marketing planning with key channel partners, plus language support for win-loss interviews as appropriate. Reports to the Director of Field Marketing for Asia Pacific.
  • Ensures fields’ needs are understood by segments and corporate Marketing so that campaigns and sales tools are effective.
  • Responsible for in-market execution of segment and corporate marketing plans.
  • Partners with Regional Marketing Director on region marketing calendar, budget, and ROI tracking. 
  • Responsible for regional versioning of sales materials and campaigns, region event strategy and execution. 
  • Handles regional channel partner marketing management – joint marketing planning, regional communication, MDF allocation and ROI tracking. 
  • Language support for win-loss interviews as appropriate.
  • Works with COE’s for limited regional versioning of materials if necessary.
  • Support sales build relationships with key government market players including global system integrators, product and services partners, industry associations and standard organizations.
  • Provide strategic analysis for key vertical markets (financial services, enterprise security, government) in the assigned region. Collect market trends, analytics, competition, and provide regular updates and recommendations to the business. 
  • Builds high performing team and leads candidate identification and interview process.
  • Bachelors’ Degree in marketing or business. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ marketing experience
  • Marketing, sales or business development experience focused within the Government
  • Business fluency in Mandarin 
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills 
  • Proven business thinker with solid strategic skills and capacity to understand business from a market, region, P&L and product perspective 
  • Execution and results/outcome orientation
  • Dynamic and energetic leader; able to motivate team and deliver results 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with peer group, or senior and executive leadership in order to achieve goals 
  • Ability to travel up to 40% 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of ID card and Passport solutions for gov’t,  PKI, SaaS, IT Security, ID card industry standards
  • Experience in industry marketing, solutions selling or as systems engineer
