Position Overview: 

Join our team to help source, identify, interview and recommend placement of employees through the use of creative sourcing methods. You will work directly with Entrust Datacard recruiters and HR Business Partners to develop and implement proactive and consultative sourcing strategies.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruiting of US & Global positions which may include posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening  and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires
  • Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates
  • Support the Employee Referral Program
  • Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts
  • Support and build Entrust Datacard employment brand.
  • Participate in projects and other work as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates (Multiple levels – professional, technical, exempt, non-exempt and managerial positions). Experience with recruiting multiple candidate profiles.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Taleo Recruiting software
  • Experience with international recruiting
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with manager and external partners
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Functional understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations
