Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates (Multiple levels – professional, technical, exempt, non-exempt and managerial positions). Experience with recruiting multiple candidate profiles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or Taleo Recruiting software
  • Experience with international recruiting
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with manager and external partners
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Functional understanding of Human Resources laws and regulations
