Sales Rep - Instant Issuance

 Position Overview:

The Sales Rep will be responsible for supporting the direct Financial Instant Issuance (FII) Regional Sales Executives, helping to drive top line revenue and profitability for the North American region


Account Management                                                                                                        75%

Key Actions/Activities -

  • Manage and close sales within assigned accounts:
  • Propose upgrade solutions to existing customer base
  • Update annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan 
  • Work with existing clients and sales executive team for hardware/software upgrades or add-on orders
  • Communicate directly with customers; positively represent the company and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to listen to and interpret customer requirements, build knowledge of customer challenges and present technical solutions that directly apply to customer needs
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Provide product presentations/demos to clients virtually and at select conferences when necessary

 Account Team Responsibilities                                                                                       25%

  • Interact with customers and leads on a daily basis via telephone and email
  • Utilize company Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) for technical calls
  • Utilize outside sales rep (FII Sales Executive) for additional support
  • Direct proper support staff to follow up with any customer complaints

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated creative, analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Technical competence and ability to utilize various software and hardware platforms (Oracle, Business Intelligence, CRM and PRM)
  • Proficient with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Goal oriented, persistent, skilled collaborator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience driving growth through channel partners
  • Experience in different aspects of channel management, including recruitment, enablement, demand generation, business planning, conflict management and performance management
  • Experience in selling hardware, software and service products through channels
  • Proven ability to create brand mind share within a network of channel partners

Travel Requirements:  Up to 25%
