Position Overview: 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Automation/Systems Analyst to join our sales operations team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will develop and implement operational efficiencies that increase the sales team's output and contribute to the company's bottom line. You'll work across sales and marketing to understand business requirements and develop solutions to directly support Salesforce.com productivity. You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working closely with sales teams to tackle their most pressing issues.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Own the roadmap and strategy for Salesforce.com sales cloud
  • Drive the requirements for the configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features
  • Deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, requirement gathering, build, support, maintenance, and success tracking
  • Monitor data accuracy and integrity by creating and maintaining Salesforce process documentation for users and internal teams
  • Recommend setup for user roles, profiles and hierarchies for accounts, contacts and opportunities in response to rapid sales growth changes
  • Handle all basic reports and dashboards, workflow processes and other routine tasks for all sales tools
  • Continually improve the functionality of the tool and recommend enhancements based on perceived need and user community requests
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the sales organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users and management, while maintaining productive relationships with vendors and Salesforce.com team
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and evaluate the breadth of sales tools available to determine potential solutions to business challenges

Basic Qualifications
  • College degree or work equivalent
  • Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator or developer
  • 5 years business experience in sales or sales support
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SFDC Administrator certification (provide ID)
  • Oracle, Eloqua, and CPQ experience
  • Ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and influence decision making
  • Experience driving continuous process improvement.
  • Comfort in working for a fastpaced organization.
  • Excellent communications skills - able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong data analysis and management abilities
  • Able to understand and articulate complex requirements and solve complex data and analytical problems/challengesList Preferred Qualification (nice to have)
