Cloud Sales is one of Entrust Datacard’s fastest growing SaaS business units and has experienced numerous quarters of double digit growth. Our Cloud Sales – Major Growth Market & Renewal team is currently looking for a Sales Executive for Existing Accounts to help us continue our aggressive growth! This is a full-time position based out of our Kanata, ON office.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to become a member of the Cloud Sales existing-accounts Team to grow SSL, Authentication, Intellitrust and PKI sales within the Major market sector and help drive revenue and increase market share. The majority of these sales are achieved via phone, email, Internet, and web demos and may require travel for the occasional onsite client visit. 


The Right Person Will:
  • Account Management -- responsible for managing existing customer account renewals and selling Cloud based products/services to grow penetration and achieve assigned quota.
  • Requires daily in office presence due to mentoring and team collaboration
  • Clearly articulate cloud solution value proposition in relation to competitors. 
  • Deliver value proposition message through a variety of methods (i.e., phone, web, etc.).
  • Take sole responsibility and ownership of existing customers within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect daily to increase share within existing customer base; this prospecting includes leveraging referrals and working with other Territory Managers.
  • Maintain call records as well as account and opportunity status in CRM.
  • Participate in developing territory plans and forecasts.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills to better customer experience, enhance retail processes and efficiently leverage internal resources.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Entrust Datacard products and sales strategies/objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to the broader Entrust sales force with regards to Cloud Sales services.
  • Recognize market trends and report customer feedback on product enhancements to the broader team.
  • Responsible for accurately reporting and documenting all contacts, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up with existing/prospective clients.


Qualities Top Candidates Need:

  • University or College degree/diploma
  • Proven ability to consistently over-achieve targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Must be customer-focused and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to lawfully work within Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada.
 
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
  • Account Management/Inside Sales business to business experience selling products/services.
  • Previous sales experience in the information security space.
  • Previous formal sales training
  • Previous success prospecting, building a solid pipeline of opportunities, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting and discussing solutions with decisions-makers.
