The Right Person Will:

  • Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide presales technical expertise/assistance to ECS Account Managers.
  • Interact daily with prospects in order to identify, document, and analyze technical roadblocks to potential sales.
  • Provide remote/in-person product demonstrations to customers
  • Provide post sales technical support to ECS customers regarding implementation and deployment of SSL, PKI and Authentication solutons .
  • Assess the severity of customer requests (i.e.: client-specific, environmental, business requirements, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot, replicate, and escalate when needed to resolve the problem. Keep customers informed with status reports.
  • Provide timely, reliable, and professional service.
  • Work with Product Management and Development to provide customer feedback and assistance with roadmap prioritization.
  • Content Creation and Presentation delivery for customer Webinars and product overviews
  • Provide Technical product training to customers, partners and internal Entrust Datacard staff
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments, and may provide guidance to other personnel.
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Right Person Will:

  • The strategic accounts cloud authentication solutions sales hunter will proactive seek out and develop new business opportunities which have the potential to drive growth and profitability within the Entrust Datacard software market. 
  •  Carrying the quota and responsibility for all of North America for Entrust Datacard’s authentication cloud solutions, this high level sales specialist will overlay the regional field sales teams to drive growth through net new logo and expansion sales in the company’s top echelon of customers and prospects. 
  • This is a unique sales opportunity to develop strategies and sales tactics to generate pipeline for the company’s cloud authentication solution, and play a key role in the growth and expansion of our top market.
  • Responsible for regional accelerated growth plan to penetrate strategic accounts, the strategic accounts cloud authentication sales person will perform the accountabilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

Qualities Top Candidates Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Authentication expertise is a must
  • Previous cloud or SaaS experience
  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales software environment.
  • Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of all popular PC/Workstation operating systems, networking infrastructures, and web/client and web server environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of network and internet security technology.
  • Excellent independent judgment and planning abilities.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization for the USA/Canada and ability to travel freely internationally.
 

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • 5 years previous related experience.
  • Experience with digital certificates or digital security solutions
