How you will make an impact: 

  • Ability to prioritize and effectively liaise with Development and Product Management teams to ensure customer requirements are met preserving best in class relationships.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Support Team, including troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions and answering technical questions as they arise, ensuring all escalations to R&D are appropriate and have required details to resolve incidents.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities in support of customer and internal business processes.
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and pre-released products, as well as their integrations and methods of support.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise implementations specific to security products
  • Service delivery experience supporting technical products
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and across all levels of the organization
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to excellence
