Position Overview: 

Entrust Datacard is looking for a full-time demand generation and programs manager with a comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix that is able to build and design campaign programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics driving demand and generate qualified sales opportunities. You must be creative, proactive, analytical, hands-on and have the ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

In this role, you will work in close alignment with product, sales and marketing, having experience both building and executing integrated demand generation campaigns, as well as a deep understanding of marketing operations and processes, email marketing, ABM and program management and execution. You are responsible for overseeing and coordinating a solution/product/vertical campaign plan, execution and measurement processes.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Define the campaign structure and tactics to build awareness, create demand in the marketplace, sales enablement with marketing lead targets and tools for nurturing them to a sales accepted lead state, and gathering market intelligence to ensure programs meet the needs of the vertical, region or buying cycle for greater success
  • Work with product, marketing and sales leaders to shape campaign themes for fully integrated programs to achieve lead generation, increased funnel and other strategic growth goals
  • Build an integrated marketing mix including campaign development across digital marketing channels (email, PPC, social, display, nurturing and retargeting)
  • Manage and report on the pipeline of targeted accounts, campaign performance, and continuously improve overall program effectiveness
  • Manage SEM and implement testing methodologies working closely with the digital marketing team
  • Act as an advocate for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources and timing
  • Work with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
  • Coordinate with our operations analyst financials for campaign budget allocation and with sales for ongoing business reviews
  • Manage campaign budgets

Basic Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience across multiple roles with proven working experience developing marketing campaigns, working closely with digital marketing, and tracking results
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
  • Strong understanding of the lead lifecycle process along with marketing automation tools
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
 
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, project management and critical thinking skills
  • Strong capacity to think and work strategically, and execute as an individual contributor leading teams through influence
  • Business to Business (B2B) Marketing experience in a mid to large size global company preferred
  • Eloqua and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Budget planning and operations experience strongly preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
