Position Overview:  Entrust Datacard is seeking an experienced self-motivated individual to fill our Security Audit and Compliance Manager role. The Security Audit and Compliance Manager will oversee all security audits and related activities for the organization. Individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive innovative process changes through multiple business lines and teams while communicating progress and metrics.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage security compliance audit functional activities focused on ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, PCI, Webtrust.
  • Point of contact for liaising with auditors, improve documentation, track progress and performance, coordinate all improvement efforts, monitor process improvement effectiveness, and regularly communicate and present to leadership teams.
  • Performs information security risk assessments and assess the control environment of the business processes and applications under review, including both manual and automated processes in accordance with the information security program.
  • Review operational procedures to ensure they comply with security audit requirements.
  • Submit periodic compliance reports to government or commercial entities as required.
  • Develop remediation and corrective action plans with related governance and operational functions (such as Physical Security/Facilities, Risk Management, IT, HR, Legal and Compliance) plus senior and middle managers throughout the organization as necessary.
  • Facilitate security auditor engagements, organize required objective compliance evidence, schedule required resources and audit timelines.
  • Assist both internal and external audits relating to information security as well as performing independent audits to validate completeness and accuracy of the information security program.
  • Assists with the development and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review audit logs for anomalies and report and follow up on anomalies as required.
  • Prepare and deliver security audit and compliance dashboards/scorecards to CISO and other leaders (e.g., CIO, Internal Audit, CFO, etc.).
  • Facilitate timely identification, communication and recommended resolution of security risks.
  • Lead and direct InfoSec team members.   
  • Coach and mentor less experienced information security team members.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of security audit and compliance experience
  • Strong Security Audit and Compliance industry framework background, has experience of information security in one or more of the following; ISO 27001, NIST 88-53, PCI, and/or Webtrust audits
  • Strong Governance, Risk Compliance process experience
  • Security Management - running security incidents, audits, reports and development of a process management framework
  • In-depth understanding of IT Security concepts (threats, vulnerabilities, controls, countermeasures, risk management, etc.)
  •  Excellent working knowledge of common IT Security technologies such as:
    •  Security Event & Information Management Systems
    •  Identity and Access Management Systems
    •  Single Sign-On and Two-factor authentication
    •  Firewalls, Content Filtering
    •  Anti-Virus software, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Vulnerability Assessment software
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
  • Travel:  20%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security clearance
  • International experience
  • Project management skills and certifications
  • One or more relevant professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, SSCP, CEH, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with demanding deadlines
