Position Overview: 

Entrust Datacard is seeking an experienced CRM manager to lead a team of IT professionals in all aspects of Entrust Datacard’s sales automation and customer relationship management system (Salesforce.com).  This leader will help facilitate the planning, design and delivery of solutions according to the approved specs/requirements with adherence to time, cost, regulatory, technology and quality parameters.  Types of initiatives may include system upgrades, integrating acquisitions, facility expansions or contractions, enhancements as well other process improvement initiatives.  The individual will assist the IT Leadership team in building a culture of high performing teams, business partnerships, continuous improvement opportunities and quality by using a wide degree of creativity and past experiences to develop and improve technical and procedural processes for the customer and the IT organization.  He/she will also actively mentor and develop individuals within their team to enhance the team’s capability and improve their skills and performance.  The individual will remain abreast of technology and provide technology thought leadership, which is embodied in the IT strategy and architecture.  This includes data management, analysis, setting data standards, database administration, end user support, sustaining user adoption, user compliance, system access/security, and training development and delivery and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Facilitate the implementation, use, and enhancement of the Salesforce.com platform and related applications
  • Evaluate and propose how to best leverage the Salesforce.com platform and eco-system to meet evolving business requirements and information needs, both within and across functions
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize specific requirements
  • Design and implement solutions (using industry standard best practices) with functions in the organization that utilize and access Salesforce.com
  • Develop and maintain project deliverables that support the business processes, including functional specifications, solution design documents and hands-on configuration of the system
  • Provide functional leadership during upgrades and major changes to the system and lead change management
  • Lead efforts to develop, train and expand use of Salesforce.com to optimize productivity and effectiveness resulting in enhanced user knowledge and competency with Salesforce.com
  • Define, measure, and report on system and team metrics
  • Partner with and present to platform sponsors and leaders on key performance indicators and trends
  • Be an effective thought partner and facilitator to help drive business strategy, goals and tactical program development
 
Leadership & People Management
  • Perform general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development activities, etc.
  • Monitor team performance against department standards, and ensure that these standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Assisting in disciplinary decisions and action
  • Act as escalation point for issues and provide leadership and guidance to team
  • Provide necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization and project management
  • Providing adequate documentation and training to warehouse personnel
Interpreting company policies to employees and enforcing safety regulations

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field
  • Minimum 5 years Salesforce.com administration, implementation, and support experience leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
  • Minimum 2 years of experience performing Salesforce.com solution design
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a team lead or managing a team
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Experience leading large- and small-scale international projects and supporting a global client base
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
  • Ability to analyze disparate pieces of information, gather from multiple data sources and put into an easy-to-understand structure using Microsoft Excel and/or an advanced database application.
  • Thorough understanding of sales and service processes including (but not limited to): lead & opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, ITSM / ITIL processes, customer engagement
  • Proficient with MS products: Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Financial acumen and experience with operational reporting
  • Ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel, including senior management, from both business and technology teams
  • Explicitly understands business analysis concepts; including requirements planning, management, elicitation, communication, documentation, and solution validation
  • Experienced developing business and test case documents along with a cost/benefit analysis
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
  • Travel globally may be expected up to 10%
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Salesforce.com Application Architect or Technical Architect
  • Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer I
  • Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist
  • Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, APTTUS CLM, Internet Creations Apps
  • Experience working with Boomi, SharePoint, ZiftOne, Oracle E-Business Suite
  • 2+ years’ experience working as a Manager of a Salesforce.com environment and team
  • Previous IT Management experience and budget control experience
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of standards such as ITIL, PCI Compliance, software and mobile web application standards
  • Experienced leading a team in developing business and test case documents along with a cost/benefit analysis
