Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Manager, Business Process Management to join our team. In this role, the Manager, Business Process Management will lead the Business Process and Strategy Execution team; deliver project solutions through effective project management, including scope, budget, resource, risk, schedule, and communications planning to meet deliverables. The Manager, Business Process Management will provide key project status reports and progress reviews to management, customers and other key stakeholders, as well as have responsibility for the leadership and direction of internal resources

 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy standardized Project Management (PM) processes and tools.
  • Conduct post project reviews to determine areas of improvement and implement appropriate actions to address issues.
  • Coach and develop Business Process and Strategy Execution team members to drive successful execution of the company’s initiatives and strategies.
  • Establish a results driven culture within the project management team and develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to revise processes, procedures or designs to improve company performance; facilitate continuous improvement projects.
  • Responsible for the reporting and documentation of departmental activities related to Entrust Datacard’s Business Process and Strategy Execution projects.
  • Working with Project Leaders, design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
  • Ensure projects are being scoped appropriately.
  • Build relationships, collaborate with key stakeholders, and leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure timely delivery of commitments.  
  • Quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.,B.S.) in a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program/project management
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, having responsibility for managing direct reports
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters/MBA degree
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP Business Objects, Visio, Minitab and Tableau
