The Integrated Marketing Director (IMD) serves as a vital link and primary interface between the solution segments/product marketers and the rest of the marketing organization. The IMD is responsible for the effective management and execution of marketing planning, budgets and ROI tracking for supported segments. He or she must have a high level of expertise in leading cross-functional marketing teams to deliver results on budget and on time. He or she must also be exceptionally collaborative and a skilled influencer.  Reports to CMO with dotted line to segment leaders supported.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand the segment’s business goals and revenue targets/priorities for marketing support
  • Lead development and execution of annual strategic marketing plan, segment marketing budget allocation, and KPI dashboard in close partnership with product marketers and corporate marketing
  • Work closely with product marketers to prioritize projects. Ensure clarity of objectives and clear written briefs are received from segments before corporate marketing centers of excellence(COE’s) begin work on a new project
  • Drive execution and coordination across marketing COE’s to ensure deadlines and desired business outcomes are achieved
  • Create dependable, organized and clear communications channels/vehicles to keep segment stakeholders and COEs apprised of marketing activities and address new issues or opportunities
  • Manage segment expectations, day in and out, and help clear roadblocks to marketing success
  • Understand the larger financial picture and impacts on contribution margins/revenue targets
  • Champion overarching cross-segment projects to ensure alignment and elevate content
  • Work with field marketing team to ensure regional and sales inputs are accounted for and included in marketing initiatives and content
  • Work with market insights team to ensure marketing initiatives align with key market trends 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum of 8-years of strategic marketing and planning experience in B2B software or technology environment
  • Proven success in managing stakeholder relationships in a matrixed environment
  • Organized professional with strong work ethic and ability to function autonomously
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, demonstrated through an ability to work cross-functionally at peer, senior, and executive leadership levels in order to achieve goals
  • Ability to navigate between strategic and tactical needs and conversations with frequency
  • Dynamic and energetic leader able to motivate direct and indirect team members
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • International marketing experience
  • Formal project management training
  • Proven business thinker with solid strategic skills and capacity to understand business from a market, region, P&L and product perspective
  • Execution and results/outcome orientation
