Position Overview: 

The HR Admin is responsible for daily administrative support of the HRIS and Talent Management teams. They will play a key role in maintaining the Core HR and TM systems and serve as the Talent Management process & program coordinator.




HR Systems Admin- 50%

  • Support the maintenance of data integrity by performing day-to-day system transactions relating to all HR business processes. Ensure that correction takes place whenever necessary
  • Participate in system testing, issue resolution, enhancements, and annual HR processes
  • Troubleshoot user issues (Employees, Managers, HR)
  • Maintain and support a variety of reports for internal customers
  • Create and maintain user documentation for HR systems
  • Create and maintain internal website (SharePoint) pages for Talent Management
  • Update training sessions and information in LMS
  • New Hire Orientation and entry of new hire paperwork

·       Support the wider HRIS team with all related administrative duties


Talent Management Admin - 50%

·       Serve as the Talent Management program and process coordinator

·       Manage enrollment and participant communication. Serve as main point of contact for all training session queries.

·       Administer 3rd party programs like LinkedIn Learning

·       Develop and communicate guides to support annual processes like Performance Review, Goals, In-Year Reviews and Talent Review

·       Maintain, develop and update various intranet and internal communication tools

·       Support the deployment of compliance training

·       Manage learning programs & events - including register of interest, new attendees, attendance lists and logs, reminder, booking rooms, participant communication, room set up, and manage feedback

·       Support the wider Talent Management team with all related administrative duties

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or related function
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Systems aptitude
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US


Preferred Qualifications:

·       Prior experience with HR systems; SaaS a plus
