Position Overview: 

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing basic projects and may help other project managers with administrative duties required to support Entrust Datacard’s Professional Services strategic projects in their effective delivery.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with multiple projects across Entrust Datacard; gather all project information: data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings for consolidation and reporting.
  • Maintains the schedule of jobs being handled, maintains accurate database on current projects, and assists in assuring required specifications are met for all jobs in progress. Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication in ensuring a balanced workload within the team.
  • Coordinate meetings internally and externally as needed to mitigate issues and risks and provide status updates
  • Maintain schedules and calendars, participate in Professional Services team meetings, and ensure coordination between all disciplines of Professional Services.
  • Act as the link between Professional Services, Sales, and customers related to project tasks and status.
  • Consistently provides responsive, quality service to customers. Actively participates in coordinating, analyzing, and acting upon information and feedback of customer needs, pricing, products, competition, and procedures.
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations, and tables.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines for critical deliverables.
  • Assist with the development and publishing of communications as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience with project coordination
  • Strong MS Office software experience
  • Travel requirement: up to 10%
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
  • Ability to work independently and self-start but also take instruction from colleagues in assisting with project tasks
