How you will make an impact:

  • Interact daily with customers and engineers for incident and service request related issues
  • Utilize existing automation foundations to script the execution of operations and service requests
  • Update and maintain operational documentation and understand policy and compliance for functional area
  • Maintain and improve existing cloud services, systems, and processes – patch existing systems, deploy new configurations based on customer request

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years with customer experience in the field of IT or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT
  • Must have US Citizenship and unrestricted work authorization for US per Section 5.3 of the United States Federal PKI X.509 Certification Practice Statement (CPS) for the Federal Public Key Infrastructure (FPKI) Trust Infrastructure guidance (Version 5.1, released May 5, 2020)
  • Some experience with scripting languages such as Python, BASH, and Ansible
  • Understanding of Microsoft and Linux based OS
